Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Crisp Services (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) and any business owner or individual who uses Crisp Services tools, including the AI voice agent, missed-call text-back system, and review workflow.

By booking a call, signing a service agreement, or using any Crisp Services product, you agree to these terms.

Crisp Services provides:

• AI Voice Agent — an AI-powered system that answers missed and after-hours calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments on your behalf.
• Missed-Call Text-Back — an automated SMS system that responds to missed calls within 30 seconds and continues the conversation using AI.
• Review Workflow — an automated system that sends Google review requests to customers after completed jobs.
• Crisp Dashboard — a web interface where you can view call logs, SMS threads, and review activity.

Services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided.

Pricing is set out on the Crisp Services pricing page and confirmed in your service agreement. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

• Setup fee — due before work begins. Covers system build, configuration, and onboarding.
• Monthly fee — billed monthly on the anniversary of your start date. Covers ongoing system operation, maintenance, and support.
• Late payments — accounts more than 14 days past due may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.

• You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to inquire@crispservices.ca.
• Setup fees are non-refundable after the first seven days of service.
• Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.
• Upon cancellation, your systems will be decommissioned and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that any phone numbers you add to your system have given appropriate consent to receive automated communications, as required by CASL and applicable provincial law.
• Providing accurate business information for use in AI scripts and messages.
• Notifying Crisp Services promptly if you become aware of any compliance issue, opt-out request, or system misuse.
• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing access with unauthorized parties.

You may not use Crisp Services to:

• Send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not given consent.
• Misrepresent your business identity or impersonate another person or company.
• Violate any applicable law, including CASL, PIPEDA, or the Telecommunications Act.
• Harass, threaten, or deceive recipients of AI-generated communications.

Crisp Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for violations of this section, without refund.

Crisp Services is not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption arising from system downtime, third-party outages (including Twilio, VAPI, or Supabase), or events outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the monthly fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Crisp Services retains ownership of all software, systems, scripts, and workflows built as part of our service. Client businesses retain ownership of their own data (call logs, customer records, review responses).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days notice before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
