Stop Receiving Messages

We make it easy to stop. No forms, no hoops.

Option 1 — Reply STOP (fastest)

Reply STOP to any text message you have received from a Crisp-powered business. Your number is removed immediately and automatically. No further messages will be sent.

This works on all Canadian carriers. The opt-out is permanent and instant.

Option 2 — Email us

If you cannot reply directly, email inquire@crispservices.ca with the following:

  • Your phone number (the one receiving messages)
  • The name of the business you received messages from, if known

We process email opt-out requests within one business day.

What happens after you opt out:

  • Your number is immediately blocked from all future automated messages from that business.
  • Your opt-out is recorded and kept permanently so it is honoured even if the system changes.
  • We do not send a confirmation text unless you request one, to avoid sending an unwanted message.
  • Opting out does not affect any existing service or appointment you may have with the business.

If you believe you received a message without your consent, please email us at inquire@crispservices.ca. We take this seriously and will investigate within 5 business days. You may also file a complaint with the CRTC at fightspam.gc.ca.
